Pet co might not be good but this one is very well maneged and they take amazing care for animals
I volunteer here every other week for adoption events and it is by far one of the nicest PetCo's I've ever been to. The staff are friendly, there are a lot of small animals, and they have a great selection of dog and cat toys.
Snake owners beware. I bought a rat at another location on my way home from work cause it was convenient. Turns out the rat was sick and when I tried to return it to this location they refused to help me, stating it was their corporate policy. The so called supervisor there couldn't care less about the customers and it showed. So I contacted their corporate office and and sure enough the people that work there are complete idiots and all they can do is apologize for THEIR policies. Meanwhile I was able to drive all the way back to the other store return the rat and get another before a supervisor from the corporate office could apologize to me. How awesome was that. 20 minutes on the phone just to get an apology. BTW the staff at the other location were awesome.
Love the free treats for my dogs and cats for their birthdays! This location has a great fresh treat bar for dogs.
Stop by this location on my way home to meet with a friend. As I walk through the location with my friend he grabbed a few of the bagged 50 lb dog food. I went over to check out the Aviary area and see if they had bird wash. The store appear to be clean and there was no obstructions in the aisles.
