I was very disappointed with my visits in this store. Most of the employees were very rude. I have shopped in the Tyler, TX Chico's and the Northpark Chico's several times and they were always very pleasant and helpful. I hope that this helps Highland Park Chico's store to improve.

My mother, sister and I went into this Chico's yesterday and the customer service was horrible. While my mom was waiting to purchase a top, sales associates would ignore her walk right past her. We are long time customers of Chico's however we will no long be returning. I hope you will do something with this information, because we care if other people are treated the same as we were. Your store is the only store that we go to that has sales associates act like they are better then the customers are.
