I have been a patient of Dr. Gosnell for about 3 years now. I have always received great care from him and his entire staff. He has always explained any work that I need done or might need done and have never felt any pressure to do any unnecessary work. The entire staff always makes me feel welcome and makes going to the dentist a very easy process. I highly recommend Dr. Gosnell and his staff.

Very nice staff. I like the new dentist that join the practice. He was very friendly and informative. I had a cavity on my wisdom tooth and I didn't even feel a thing when he put the injection in my gums to numb it. Awesome job. Thanks
As somewhat of a dentophobe -- is that even a word? -- or big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, I have to say that Dr. Gosnell is a highly skilled practitioner who was capable of putting this anxious new patient a couple of years ago almost immediately at ease. He has a good sense of humor, a great quality for a dentist, while at the same time exhibits absolute professionalism while performing the duties of his craft, and he does not recommend unnecessary treatments. His hygienists and administrative staff are all top-notch, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've had some terrible dentists, and some botched procedures in the past, but I completely trust my dental health and smile to this extraordinary group of qualified individuals. I live quite a distance from his office, but I always recommend friends and acquaintances to his practice. It's definitely worth the extra time and effort.
Absolutely, hands down, the best Dentist office I have ever been to. Why? They treat you like family. From the front office to everyone on staff. An excellent customer journey experience! Dr. Gosnell knows his stuff, they use the latest technology, and he is very personable. I'm the worst patient there is...with all my visits, they ensure I'm comfortable, relaxed, and use all the techniques to calm me down...music, gas, sunglasses, hold my hand if needed. They even went above and beyond for me and offered to pick me up & drive me home when I didn't have someone available after a crown procedure. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years, and My Highland Village Dentist is the best. I don't say things I don't mean, and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
