My family has been going to Dr. Thomas for just over a year now, since we moved to this area. The office is very clean and well run. Visits are always thorough yet efficient, so I feel both my health and time are valued, and I can easily predict how long I will spend in the office. Twice I have been there for a cleaning with a fussy baby in tow, and both times the hygienist was patient and cheerful as I attended to her--until another staff member stepped in with a much appreciated offer to hold her and keep her smiling! Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist. I appreciate that he is warm and friendly, but also thorough in explaining his observations and what we may expect in the future. His approach is perfect for the whole family--my kids seem very comfortable with him (and his hygienists). Dr. Griffin, who is newer to the staff, provided excellent care on my last visit and seems to be a great addition to the office. I love that my kids and I can go to the same dental office and all get excellent care. Many offices cater to adults or kids, but Highland Village Family Dentistry is a place where everyone in the family can be served equally well.
My 7yr old saw Dr Griffin, Jeni and Leslie yesterday...we had a lot done in one sitting and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, patience and overall attention to details. Going to a dentist for a child can be quite an ordeal but they were devoted to making it a comfortable experience for all involved. I walked out with a detailed game plan of what we need to do at future appointments and Brandie went over any/all questions I had about benefits. We will definitely be back.
My Highland Village Dentist has been my go to for years, when we relocated to the area. They are always so kind, prompt, and actually care about their clients!! I cringe when I have to go to the dentist, but they always make my visit special and put me at ease!!
Today was my first time to meet Dr.R. Thomas D.D.S. . He very nice and very personal person. He shows how passionate about his work and patients. His staff is nice and willing to take time getting know there patients. Great group to work with make sure that you fit in.Dr.Griffin is his associate dental very sweet and great with her patients as well
I immediately felt a connection at this office. I like how cheerful everyone is. I like how everything was explained. I like how I wasn't led down a path of financial doom with treatments that are likely unnecessary. I was told that we're going to watch some things and see. The documentation gives me confidence that decisions will be made on facts and not feelings. I feel good about coming to this office.
