The mods I wanted for the bike were not just sold to me. They put them on right there for no additional charge. Plus, it only took about 10 minutes. After I checked out, they helped me get everything to my truck and said goodbye with a smile and wave.
UPDATE: It did. Seriously, why buy from some online crap shack when you can buy from a local company full of guys (and gals) that know their craft?

Very helpful, friendly staff. If they don't have what you want they can order it. They do a great job on bike fit and making sure you get the bike you want and need.
Just bought my bike and put the first 4 miles on it right after getting home. I can simply say this. The service I received during my entire purchase experience was top notch. I will be a customer for a very long time.
Friendly staff, spent time talking with me and helping me through my purchase. The owner even threw in some freebies when I bought my bike. Selection isn't as great as simmer places but they have bikes in every price range for quality equipment.
What a rip off! $50 for 3 tubes. $10/hr labor per tube. It didn't take 3 hours. Save your money. These guys are rip off artist. I don't know anything about bikes, but when I can do a brake job on me car for less than 3 tubes. Do the math. This place is a pass. Put them out of business
In fact, because of my experience today, I am going back tomorrow to buy a new bike for my wife. I don't doubt that my experience tomorrow will match or exceed that of today.
