Choose anywhere else to buy your glasses. I bought my girlfriend glasses here for Christmas. They handed me a demo pair straight off the shelf which I had a problem with. They assured me that I had 90 days to bring them back for a new pair. So I brought them back a couple weeks later to get an actual new pair of glasses since I was paying full price. They told me they ordered them and would notify me when they were in. Not only did they put me off for weeks and keep me waiting but they put me off so long that my 90 days expired and then changed their story that they were no longer ordering me a replacement since the 90 days expired. This is the first and last time I'll do business here. Terrible customer service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Adriana (sp?) working 9-9-16, Friday 7:00 pm Highland Village store. We will never shop at this store again as long as she is working there. VERY RUDE! I have never given a bad review, but this was warranted.
Super friendly and helpful! Came in because a lens came out of my Ray-Bans... Angela was quick to help me out and also clean my glasses. Will be back!
I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend going here. I found a pair of glasses I wanted and they tried to sell me the demo pair right off the shelf claiming, that it was “the only pair”. Apparently this is how they do all their glasses. They wanted to charge me full price for a demo pair of glasses covered in scratches. I left and took my business elsewhere.
