Stay away from here, quite surprised how bad it was considering the area.
Had the worst experience here... Half of it table ordered their food first, only to get it 30 minutes after the other half. Reason? Because their half of the ticket was 'lost'. Manager decided to discount everyone's ticket $5, instead of just comping the affected patrons fully. Other issues included not getting things we already for and no personality for service from anyone.
One of my friends and I ran away from the table while the other stayed to get our stuff and the manager moved us to another table.
This is the WORST BWW I've been to. I order from here almost weekly (only because my kid loves the wings) and the service SUCKS! Every week it sucks! I don't understand how there are so many people walking around but it takes so long to get your food, even when it looks empty inside! I hate coming here!
One of the best BWW I've been to. The staff and managers were very attentive and friendly. Our server was awesome. The food and drinks were great. Excellent overall experience.
AND THEN another one showed up, it was slightly smaller. The bigger one was the size of my thumb. And it flew around our table like it wanted what we had.
But she lied about it being a flying roach.
And then the manager goes to say, "we don't need to involve other tables"
And then we got the hell out.
Until the second roach showed up.
SECONDLY, one flying bug caught our attention. It was a giant flying roach. The manager tried convincing us it was a June bug.
First, I know it's busy, but our mozzarella sticks didn't come out until after our food.

Food cold, service needs work. Manager Leisha needs an attitude adjustment. I would not visit this this location again, if it was the last place to eat on earth. Don't waste your time
