I have moved multiple times in the DFW area and each time I'm near a Whole Foods which is perfect! However, I do not like this particular one. They seem to carry a small selection of certain things and the staff will contribute to it to being a smaller store.....Okay, so I can look over that I guess. However, the staff is not very helpful at all. I always end up bagging my own groceries which I think is ridiculous! Staff never seem attentive enough to help you, and no one seem to want to greet you when you get to the register except this one guy but everyone else look as if they regret you coming to their line. I always end up speaking first to them. The customer service at this Whole Foods is definitely on the lower end
Very wide variety of hard to find products. I especially like their collection of concentrated coffee. I personally just drink it straight instead of adding water. The Hawaiian brand being my favorite. Also that the fact they carry matcha tea is great. Huge selection of essential oils. Too pricey compared to online but they have testing bottles and that helps me with my perfumery hobby. Staff is nice, store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the jacked up prices.
This is a small, friendly Whole Foods. They have a good selection of gluten free and organic offerings with a convenient location. I prefer Sprouts for pricing but visit Whole Foods for items that I can't find there.
My go to place for quality foods. Large selection of produce. They carry speciality items I love and are hard to find. My daughter likes their fresh dressings.
On one particular night I was craving veggie pizza and decided to order one. I told the guy "no cheese." Guess what I got my pizza and their was cheese!!! I think the guy over the kitchen who wears the black chief jacket offer to make it over, for free. As he was fixing the dough and long circle pizza dough was on his hairy arm, the dough was seriously just sitting on his arm which is already nasty but to top it off his arm is hairy.....I wanted to puke. I walked off and continue shopping and made my way to the register to try to check out. The cook found me at the register and gave me the pizza. He felt like he did a good job and made a customer happy. Well I threw it away when I got home. Two starts for just being Whole Foods.
The spa of grocery stores. Honors the beautiful and abundant foods we are blessed to have through exceptional merchandising. Top notch staff. The best floral department in Denton County. Food court and beer bar are exceptional. I can spend hours in there. Eye candy and pleasures for all senses.
