I went in to get the latest Janet Evanovich's Plum series book, but came out with "Murder with Peacocks", a teacher's discount card and two buy one & get 1 free coupons. Not a bad deal. The cashier attempted to get me to buy the membership, but I refused. However, she noticed that I was wearing one of my school shirt and offered me the teachers discount card. Awesome customer service. Also, the Store Manager went out of her way to provide with great customer service as well. It was a great experience at B&N.
Adequate seating in the cafe full of yummy treats. Love sitting over there and enjoying some reading for some me time. It's my happy place.

Was looking for "mad libs"for my nephews. Something I loved as an child. I looked around for an few minutes (I generally like to find things for myself. ) but after not finding them the young lady working there was quite attentive &helpful. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!
